Stephen is the founder of FarStar S.A.C. Consulting Inc. and the Canadian partner of MetaOps™, Inc.
He is an internationally recognized expert in Operations and Supply Chain Management with additional enterprise level software solutions. He holds a certificate as a Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and is a Certified Supply Chain Transformation Architect. He is also an expert in effective change management, facilitation, and communications. He has provided consulting, training and facilitation for large and small of organizations internationally on a wide range of topics. Stephen draws on more than 40 years’ experience in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Supply Chain and other “best practice” methodologies as both an insider and as a consultant in many international industries including aerospace, defence, medical devices, industrial products, complex manufacturing, process manufacturing, repair operations, distribution, and more.
He is formerly a CCO of a publicly traded company, able to help solve problems for the shop floor to the boardroom. His current passion is helping companies implement true executive Sales & Operations Planning (eS&OP) using the framework of his mentor Robert A. Stahl, Sr.
