Kendall Scheer, CSCP, author, and patent holder, is the Senior Talent Architect at MetaOps™, Inc. With over 40 years of cross-industry, international experience, he specializes in identifying, vetting, and onboarding top talent for critical projects and roles. Mr. Scheer has held senior engineering, IT, management, and executive positions, culminating in his role as VP & CIO at a $2B manufacturing company.
He served as Program Director and Chapter President for the APICS Detroit chapter, where he advanced supply chain best practices and earned a patent in the field. With extensive global consulting experience, Mr. Scheer has led projects in manufacturing, public safety, healthcare, consumer goods, energy, logistics, software, and more. He is recognized for his expertise in Lean methodologies, including numerous successful Kaizen events. Additionally, he is the author of Value Realization Methodology (VRM), one of several methodologies used when driving operational excellence.
